Quicken Online Backup is for Windows systems only (see the Reinstall info on ) Since you're running your PC version on Parallels, you might be able to add your Mac files to that backup by copying the Documents folder from ~Library > Application Support > Quicken 2016 to the C: drive on your virtual machine. If this were my data, I would also zip/compress that Docs folder before uploading to online backup to protect the Mac files from any potential corruption as they pass through Windows systems & servers.
