These issues are always resolved within a month or two. With a program like CS5, more like a week or two, considering the resources Adobe has to fix the problem. Also, OS X Lion is 90% GUI changes, and only 10% code. That means that most of the changes are in the Graphical User Interface, or in laymans terms what you see on the screen, and how you interact with the computer. The amount of programs with problems should be even less this year. All in all, yes, it should work fine, but you should back up your entire computer before goign ahead and installing.
