There is a way to instruct Outlook to automatically accept meeting requests: Go to Tools. Office 365 advantages, disadvantages and surprises. When any other user that she is not a delegate for creates a meeting with her in it, she has the option to manually accept/decline. She has a normal user mailbox. But it does seem to be behaving like a resource mailbox, only for people she is a delegate for, when they create a meeting with her in it. Confused yet?:).  'Only one of the two users should process meeting requests and responses upon arrival. We suggest that the delegate be the only one to auto process these items since, more likely than not, the owner may be traveling and working offline.
