There is a way to instruct Outlook to automatically accept meeting requests: Go to Tools. Office 365 advantages, disadvantages and surprises. When any other user that she is not a delegate for creates a meeting with her in it, she has the option to manually accept/decline. She has a normal user mailbox. But it does seem to be behaving like a resource mailbox, only for people she is a delegate for, when they create a meeting with her in it. Confused yet?:).
