In Word 2016 For Mac I Can't See The Labels

In Word 2016 / 2013, you now have a Ribbon Display Options button in the top right corner, next to the minimize button. Click on it shows three settings: Auto-hide ribbon makes Word go 'full screen', only showing the ribbon when you click near the top of the screen.

2016

I have a network user on Windows 7 that is not able to save to a specific network drive on his computer using work or excel 2016. He was able to save to this drive until recently and no changes have been made to the network drive. It gives a similar message about not being able to find the document under the name I specify and saying it was possible it was moved renamed, or deleted. Group policy maps the same drives for all users in the domain. Here is what I have done to test; -repair Office -reinstall Office -he can save to this drive in other programs like Adobe, notepad, etc -he can save to another network drive using Excel and Word -logged in with another user (drives are automatically mapped) and encounter the same error in for his network drive as well -logged into another machine that has Office 2016 with this user and was able to save to the problematic network drive -rejoined his computer to the domain -booted Excel in safe mode and the same issue occurs Any other suggestions? Make sure the user is not using offline files, if they are the CSC maybe corrupted. I'd do a sync first and make sure there are no errors or conflicts then reinitialize the offline database then try to save before setting offline files again.

Click on FWUpdate.exe, this will update your firmware to version 5.26 CHECK to make sure Smart Card is running (This shows a very basic version on how to start the service) If your CAC reader is still not seen by ActivClient, make sure that the Smart Card service is running. There is no firmware update for a V2 because it is already updated. Cac reader for mac lion. Intel based Macs can update the firmware using (instructions on (document page 34)) NOTE: DO NOT use this update on a V2 reader. Windows 8 & 8.1 (double click the.reg file inside the.zip folder) Windows 7 & Vista (double click the.reg file inside the.zip folder) from MilitaryCAC (with instructions) from Lazybit Manual method for Windows 7 & Vista systems (mirror your registry settings to the PDF links below for your specific version of Windows). Here's how: Go to: Start, Run (in XP), Start Search (in Vista), Search programs and files (in Windows 7), Right click Windows 'start button' select Run (Windows 8.1), type: Services.msc Scroll down to Smart card, double click it and set it to automatic and click Start If you are unable to start the service; It doesn't show up; ActivClient still says no reader attached; or it acknowledges you have a CAC in the reader (but you can't access it) follow these registry edits below.

Re-initialize the cache of offline files. To do this, follow these steps: 1.Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press Enter. 2.Locate the following registry subkey, and then right-click it: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE System CurrentCon trolSet Se rvices CSC 3.Point to New, and then click Key. 4.Type Parameters in the box. 5.Right-click Parameters, point to New, and then click DWORD (32-bit)Value. 6.Type FormatDatabase, and then press Enter. 7.Right-click FormatDatabase, and then click Modify.

8.In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. 9.Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer. Then I'd disconnect the network drive and go to command prompt. Type net use and make sure the drive is gone. Let your login script or GPO preference (whatever your using to map the drive for your users) then logoff and logon again to remap the users drive at logon to make sure that's working correctly.

Program to check for errors in sims 2 files. If it does map, go into the drive and right click to create a new Excel document and see if it does.

Hi, So Word 2016 icon doesn't show on associated (.docx) files. Try to right click on any of the files, select 'Open with.' From the context menu, then choose Word 2016 as the default application to open this type of files. Make sure to tick the checkbox of 'Use this app for all.docx files.' If this doesn't correct the issue, then I would suggest you repair Office installation from Control Panel, and see if issue persists. This will re-register all the Office applications as the default application for Office files.
